Bookkeeping services include:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping entries in accordance with GAAP reporting standards
- Account receivable and Accounts payable module update
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Monthly credit card reconciliation
- GST/PST filing and remittances
- Advanced month-end adjusting entries in accordance with GAAP reporting standards
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
Add-on services available:
- Financial statement analysis with commentary starting at $100/month
- Payroll starting at $120/month
- Source deduction remittance of $50/month
Accounting Setup & Transition
Business Accounting Setup:
- We will set up the accounting for your business from scratch.
- This includes general ledger accounts, financial statement setup, accounts receivable, and accounts payable setup.
- Starting from $1,000/per set up.
Business Accounting Transition:
- If you aren’t satisfied with your current accounting software or ERP system, we provide an end-to-end accounting transition solution.
- We will take care of the transfer of financials from the previous software to the new software of your liking to suit your current and future business needs.
- Starting from $1,200/per set up.
Taxation
Personal tax return (T1):
- Low-income individuals and Students:$50/per filing
- T4 (employment income) & T2202
- Individual basic tax return: $65/per filing
- T4 (employment income), RRSP, medical expenses, disability expenses, retirement income, etc.
- Advanced tax return: $120/per filing
- T4 (employment income), property income, retirement income, capital gains/losses
Sole Proprietorship tax return:
Starting at $300/return
Corporate tax return (T2):
Starting at $900 (not including preparation of financial statements)
All tax fillings include: tax preparation, filing, and client debrief.
